Yusen Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. Announces the Opening of Cold Warehouse Facility in Binh Duong Province

On 11th January 2025, Yusen Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. announced the opening of its new Cold Storage Warehouse at the Yusen Tan Dong Hiep B Logistics Center in Binh Duong Province. This marks a major milestone in expanding our capabilities in temperature-sensitive logistics.

The facility is strategically located in South Vietnam, at Lot VII.2, Road 5, Tan Dong Hiep B Industrial Park, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province, offering excellent accessibility to Ho Chi Minh Centre, Cat Lai Port, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, and the future Long Thanh International Airport in Dong Nai. We provide a fully equipped warehouse with comprehensive security, high-standard fire protection systems, and value-added services such as cross-docking.

Spanning 2,000 square meters, the Cold Warehouse is designed with climate-control technology to meet the highest standards of storage for temperature-sensitive goods. This expansion complements our existing 10,000 square meters of general and bonded warehouse space at the Tan Dong Hiep B Logistics Center, allowing us to provide comprehensive solutions for our customers.

At the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Masahiko Kaneko, General Director, stated: “This new cold storage is an improved investment and expansion of infrastructure, an important step for us to officially improve the quality of services for customers in the food industry, a field we had not comprehensively served before. We also believe that the modern cold storage system, with its optimal functions, can significantly contribute to the trend of improving the performance and quality of distribution services in the developing food chain which has been strong in Vietnam in recent years."

On the same day as the ceremony event, we were pleased to receive the first inbound shipment at the new cold warehouse. The shipment consists of frozen products, 
which will be stored in the frozen room at -20°C. Our valued customer, a renowned food manufacturer, has chosen our cold warehouse for its high-quality storage and 
warehouse management services. After checking and processing the inbound shipment, the cargo was safely stored in the cold warehouse.

The Yusen Tan Dong Hiep B Logistics Center offers high-quality logistics services:

•    Frozen Room (-20°C): 658 m² - 1,000 pallets
•    Frozen Room (-25°C): 693 m² - 1,200 pallets
•    Chilled Room (5°C): 128 m² - 180 pallets
•    Chamber Room (5°C): 275 m² - 180 pallets
•    Fully electric supply and cooling back-up systems
