Yusen Logistics (Benelux) B.V. Wins Innovation in Logistics & Supply Chain Award at BSMA Europe 2024

Gembloux, October 2024 – Yusen Logistics (Benelux) B.V., together with its valued partners GSK and MG Real Estate, has been awarded the prestigious Innovation in Logistics & Supply Chain Award at the BSMA Europe 2024 conference. This award celebrates their outstanding achievements in integrating advanced automation and cutting-edge logistics technology at the Gembloux facility, located in MG Park Isnes.

The Gembloux facility, a 40,000 m² state-of-the-art logistics hub, stands as a model of innovation within the healthcare supply chain. By incorporating Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), the site has redefined order processing and material handling in the pharmaceutical sector. These automation technologies, coupled with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certification, allow Yusen Logistics to ensure the safe and efficient handling of sensitive products like vaccines.
